Do the impact trip

Wil jij een geweldig avontuur beleven en je inzetten voor mensen in nood? Dan is de Siam-Care Impact Trip iets voor jou! Siam-Care organiseert reizen voor jongeren (of mensen die zich jong voelen) die levens op zijn kop zetten.

During a 2-week trip you will see a lot of Thailand. You'll discover the vibrant city of Bangkok and will search for monkeys and elephants in the jungle. However, this trip is not just a relaxing holiday: during your time in Thailand you will commit yourself to people in need. You will build houses, teach English, visit prisons and much more. Siam-Care offers you and your youth group the opportunity to put your Christian faith into practice.

Data

De eerstvolgende Impact Trip staat gepland voor de zomer van 2026, waarbij individuen zich kunnen aanmelden, maar ook groepen. Data: 21 juli – 4 augustus.

Verder staan we open voor groepen op andere data, waarbij we de data in overleg kunnen kiezen.

How much does it cost?

The costs per person are 990 euros, for 2 weeks. In addition, each participant finds at least 2 sponsors for (the education of) a child in need. In this way, we ensure that your trip to Thailand also has an impact in the long term. Here you can read more about what school sponsorship entails.

The 990 euros does not include your internation flight ticket to Bangkok, but almost everything else is included:

• Pick up from the airport
• All overnight stays (13 nights)
• Jungle safari
• All transportation
• All activities
• Building materials for projects during your stay
• All meals
• (partly hired) translators

Why don't we organize your plane tickets?

Vliegtickets laten we deelnemers liever zelf regelen. Dan kies je namelijk zelf of je goedkoop wilt vliegen (met overstap) of liever iets meer betaalt voor een rechtstreekse vlucht. Ook willen deelnemers soms langer blijven na de impact-trip, wat makkelijker is als je zelf je tickets regelt en dus zelf bepaalt hoe lang je in Thailand blijft. Ook is het wijzigen van tickets eenvoudiger als je deze zelf hebt geboekt. We denken wel graag met je mee, als je gaat boeken en advies wilt.

Group size

We verwelkomen groepen van maximaal 20 mensen, van minimaal 18 jaar oud (16-17 jaar in overleg). Individuen mogen zich ook aanmelden, bij minimaal 6 deelnemers vindt de reis echt plaats.
